医疗设备售后服务调查技术与统计方法的讨论

摘    要:
医疗设备售后服务满意度调查是医院对医疗设备供应商售后服务质量状况的监测手段之一。本文根据其他行业进行满意度调查的经验,提出一套针对医疗设备售后服务满意度调查的指标和方法,并对传统的统计方法进行调整,融入权重、台件因子等概念,将医疗设备售后服务满意度具体量化,为日后的设备采购、维修和管理提供一些参考。

Abstract:
Satisfaction survey of medical equipment after-sales service is one of the approaches for hospitals to monitor after-sales service quality of the suppliers. This paper puts forward a set of indicators and methods for medical equipment after-sales service satisfaction survey, adjusts traditional statistical methods, quantiifes medical equipment after-sales service satisfaction degree, in order to provide some references for later purchase, maintenance and management of devices.
