东菱精纯克栓酶治疗急性脑梗死50例临床疗效观察

目的　观察东菱精纯克栓酶 (DF - 5 2 1)治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法　经临床及头颅CT证实急性脑梗死 10 0例 (均为 1999- 0 7～ 2 0 0 1- 0 7在我院住院治疗患者 ,符合第二届全国脑血管病会议制定的标准 )。随机分为东菱克栓酶治疗组和对照组各 5 0例。分别观察其发病前及治疗后临床疗效 ,实验室指标的变化。同时对比治疗组在发病 6h内 ,2 4h内 ,3d内及 3d后用药的临床疗效差异。结果　治疗组和对照组之间 ,不同时间用药组之间 ,在临床症状及实验室检查方面均存在显著差异。结论　早期应用东菱精纯克栓酶 ,可明显提高疗效 ,是治疗急性脑梗塞的理想药物

Clinical Observation of DF-521 to Treat Acute Cerebral Infarction

Objective To observe the curative effect of DF 521 to treat the acute cerebral infarction (ACI). Methods 100 cases (from July 1999 to July 2001 in our hospital) of ACI patients obtained the diagnosis by CT were divided into 50 cases as control group and 50 cases as test group. The diagnosis was fit for the standard of second national cerebral vascular meeting. The symptoms before episode, curative effects after treatment and their laboratory index were observed. And comparison their differences within 6h, 24h, 3d of onset and 3d after treatment was taken. Results The were significant difference in clinical manifestations and laboratory tests between two groups and different drug use time groups. Conclusion The early application of DF-521 could improve the curative effect and it might be an ideal drug to treat the ACI.
