| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨减少消化道肿瘤肝转移瘤介入治疗的并发症的方法及出现后对症处理措施。方法：在教科书常规介入指导下，进行规范性的术前准备、术中操作及术后处理。采用改良Seldinger法经股动脉插管，以灌注化疗及化疗栓塞进行治疗，化疗药物依病理分型而定，栓塞剂采用超液化碘油混以一种化疗药物制成。尽可能应用超微导管技术。结果：全组112例共行442次介入治疗，总有效率达57.3％。并发症以栓塞后综和征为主，部分出现胆囊炎、胃十二指肠病变，少数出现穿刺部位血肿等，未出现非靶器官误栓塞。结论：应用超微导管技术的患者，并发症发生率降低，规范性操作能减少并发症，及时对症处理能改善患者生活质量。
