高中生自我概念与心理健康状况相关性分析

摘    要:目的 探讨高中生自我概念与心理健康状况的相关性,为更好地预防高中生的行为和心理问题提供依据.方法 对880名高中生采用田纳西自我概念量表评定自我概念状况,采用症状自评量表评定心理健康状况,对上述测评结果进行相关分析.结果 入组学生田纳西自我概念量表评分,男生自我认同、道德自我因子分显著低于女生(P<0.01),生理自我因子分显著高于女生(P<0.05),其他因子分男女生差异均无显著性(P>0.05);来自城镇学生的自我批评因子分显著高于来自农村学生(P<0.01),其他因子分差异均无显著性(P>0.05).田纳西自我概念量表总分与症状自评量表评分除精神病性因子无显著相关外,与总分及其他因子均呈显著负相关(P<0.05或0.01).结论 高中生自我概念与心理健康水平密切相关,培养高中生积极的自我概念,正确引导学生积极评价自我,积极接纳自我,不断完善自我调节能力,是提高其心理健康水平的有效途径.

Abstract:Objective To explore the correlation between self-concept and mental health of senior middle school students in order to provide basis for preventing their behavioral and psychological problems preferably. Methods 880 senior middle school students were assessed with the Tennasi Self-concept Scale (TSCS) and Symptom Checklist 90 (SCL-90), evaluation results were correlatively analyzed. Results The scores of self-identity and self-ethic were significantly lower (P〈0. 01) and pysical-self higher (P~ 0.05) in male students than in female ones, and their were no significant diffrences in other factors of the TSCS (P~0.05) ; self-criticism scores were significantly higher in urban students than in rural ones (P〈0.01) and their were no significant diffrences in other factors (P〉0.05). Except psychotic factor, the total score of the TSCS was significantly negative correlated with other factors of the SCL-90 (P〈0.05 or 0.01). Conclusion Self-concept is related to mental health level closely in senior middle school students; effective ways improving their mental health levels are to cultivate their active self-concept and guide correctly them to evaluate self actively, accept self and consummate self-regulation unceasingly.
