摘    要:目的 建立具有详细解剖结构的颈椎三维有限元模型并验证其有效性.方法 对1 名健康成年男性进行颈椎的薄层CT 扫描,将CT 数据导入到Mimics10.0 中得到颈椎的三维图像数据,然后导入到Geomagic studio 9.0 中得到颈椎的几何模型,最后在ANSYS 11.0 中建立颈椎的有限元模型.采用与文献中相同...

Development and validation of cervical spine finite element model

Abstract:Objective To establish a 3-dimensional finite element model of cervical spine. Methods The co-ordinate data of the vertebras were obtained from CT scan images of a healthy male adult volunteer' s cervical spine and converted into point cloud data by Mimics software. Geomagic studio was used to establish the geometry model of the C2 - C7 cervical spine. The geometry model was meshed and the finite element model was established by ANSYS software. The model was validated by comparing the intersegmental ranges of motion with document. Results A finite element model of cervical spine with intimate anatomy was established and validated. Conclusion The model has good biofidelity and can be used to study the post- laminectomy change of intersegmental ranges of motion.
