利培酮与阿立哌唑对女性康复期精神分裂症患者催乳素的影响

目的 探讨利培酮与阿立哌唑对女性康复期精神分裂症患者血清催乳素水平的影响.方法 将80例女性康复期精神分裂症患者随机分为两组,每组40例,研究组口服利培酮治疗,对照组口服阿立哌唑治疗.观察住院全程,出院后随访2 a.于治疗前及治疗2个月末、随访1 a、2 a末,采用放射免疫法检测两组血清催乳素水平的变化,同时采用简明精神病量表评定临床疗效.结果 研究组治疗后各时段血清催乳素水平均显著高于治疗前(P＜0.01),且显著高于对照组(P＜0.01),但随着治疗时间的延长有逐渐下降趋势;对照组治疗前后则无显著变化(P＞0.05).两组血清催乳素与同期疗效、药物剂量无明显相关性(P＞0.05).结论 利培酮治疗女性康复期精神分裂症患者初期血清催乳素水平显著升高,但随着治疗时间的延长有逐渐下降趋势,且催乳素水平的变化与疗效及药物剂量无相关性;阿立哌唑对血清催乳素无明显影响.

Effects of risperidone and aripriazole on prolactin level of convalescence female schizophrenics

Objective To explore the effects of risperidone and aripriazole on prolactin level of convalescence female schizophrenics. Methods Eighty female convalescence schizophrenics were randomly divided into two groups of 40 patients each, research group took orally risperidone and control did aripriazole. Whole courses of hospitalization were observed and follwed up for two years after discharge. Prolactin levels of both groups were detected before treatment, at the end of 2-month treatment, 1-year and 2-year follow-up, and clinical effieacies assessed with the Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale （BPRS）. Results Prolactin levels in each peroid after treatment were significantly higher compared with pretreatment in the research （P〈0.01） and than those in control group （P〈0.01）, but lowered gradually with treatment; there were no significant changes between pre-and post-treatment in the control group （P〉0.05）. Serum prolactin levels of both groups were not related to contemporary efficacy and drug dose notably （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Serum prolactin levels of female convalescence schizophrenics in the initial stage of risperidone treatment heighten signifcantly, but lower gradually with treatment, changes of prolactin levels aren＇t related to efficacy and drug dose; aripriazole has no notable effect on serum prolactin.
