小儿睾丸及睾丸附件扭转的诊治（附65例报告）

目的提高小儿睾丸及睾丸附件扭转的临床诊治水平。方法回顾分析我院近10年间65例小儿睾丸及睾丸附件扭转患者的临床表现、辅助检查以及诊断治疗方法。结果65例患儿中，睾丸扭转33例，睾丸附件扭转32例，58例（89％）患儿存在阴囊肿胀或疼痛表现，7例伴有恶心、发热等症状。63例进行手术治疗，行睾丸或睾丸附件切除54例（86％）。结论小儿睾丸及睾丸附件扭转是儿外科急症，早期正确的诊断和及时的手术治疗是保存睾丸的关键。

Diagnosis and management of torsion of testis and appendage in children: study of 65 cases

Objective To analyze the clinical and therapeutic aspects of the testicular torsion in our service. Methods Sixty - five cases of the torsion of testis and appendage treated in our department during nearly 10 years were retrospectively studied in its clinical manifestation ,auxiliary examination ,diagnosis and therapeutic method. Results There were 33 cases of testicular torsion and 32 cases of testicular appendage torsion. In 58 cases（ 89% ）the swelling and pain of scrotum were the dominant physical signs ;7 cases showed nausea and fever; 63 patients received operation;orchectomy or testicular adnexectomy was performed on 54 cases（86% ）. Conclusion Torsion of the testis and appendage is an emergency in pediatric department. Early diagnosis and urgent surgical operation are the key points for testicular preservation.
