卡孕栓预防产后出血180例临床分析

目的观察卡孕栓用于预防产后出血的临床效果。方法选择在我院住院正常分娩的足月产妇180例（无内科合并症,无前列腺素禁忌症,近期未使用过前列腺素抑制荆的产妇）,随机分为两组,治疗组90例在胎盘娩出后经阴道后穹窿置入卡孕栓1枚（1．0mg／枚）,对照组90例在胎儿娩出后静脉滴注缩宫素20U,采用容积法和称重法统计产后2h和24h出血量,观察两组产后出血量的差异。结果两组孕妇产后2h和24h出血量比较差异有极显著性（P〈0．01）。结论卡孕栓用于预防产后出血的作用效果明显,且用药方便,安全,可靠。

Clinical Analysis of Therapeutic Effect on 180 Cases of Postpartum Hemorrhage Treated By Carboprost Suppositories

objective To observe the clinical effect of carboprost suppositories on prevent postpartum hemorrhage. Method 180 cases of women with normal childbirth in hospital at term （ no medical complications, no prostaglandin con- traindications, recent unused prostaglandin inhibitors of lactation）, randomly divided into two groups, 60 patients in treat- ment group put one carboprost suppositories （1.0mg/gold） into vagina through posterior fornix ; 90 patients in control group were given oxytocin 20U through an intravenous drip after the fetal childbirth. The amount of postpartum bleeding is calculated by the volume method and weighing method at 2 h and 24 h after childbirth and observed the difference between two groups. Results The amount of postpartum bleeding at 2 h and 24 h in two groups were comparative differences （P 〈 0. 01 ） . Conclusion The carboprost suppositories in the treatment for preventing postpartum hemorrhage have a- chieved an higher curative effect.
