乌鸡白凤丸治疗老年性便秘对照研究

[目的]观察乌鸡白凤丸治疗老年性便秘疗效。[方法]使用对照方法,将555例门诊患者分为两组,对照组185例,麻仁润肠丸1丸/次,2次/d,温开水送服。治疗组370例,乌鸡白凤丸(北京同仁堂,蜜丸,9g/丸),1丸/次,2次/d,温开水送服。观察排便状况、间隔。均30d为1疗程,连续治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗期间,治疗组2例因其它他病症死亡,7例中断治疗。对照组8例中断治疗。治疗组痊愈336例,显效24例,无效1例,总有效率99.72%。对照组痊愈124例,显效9例,无效44例,总有效率75.14%。治疗组疗效优于对照组。副作用发生治疗组少于对照组。[结论]乌鸡白凤丸治疗老年性便秘,疗效满意,方便价廉,值得推广。

[purpose] observation wuji baifeng pills for senile and secret curative effect.[Method] use control method,555 cases of clinic patients will be divided into two groups: control group(185 cases of maren runchang pill 1 pill/time,2 times a/d,lukewarm water clothing.The treatment group 370 examples wuji baifeng pills(Beijing colleague,honey,pills,9 g/pills),1 pill/time,2 times a/d,lukewarm water clothing.Observe defecate status,interval.All 30 d for a period of treatment,continuous treatment 1 treatment,determine the curative effect.[Result] during treatment,the treatment group 2 of other he disease death,7 cases to discontinue treatment.Eight cases of control group to discontinue treatment.The treatment group healed 336 cases,24 cases were markedly improved,invalid in 1,and the total effective rate of 99.72%.The control group healed in 124 cases,powerfully 9 cases,invalid 44 cases,the total effective rate of 75.14%.The curative effect of treatment group was better than control.Side effects occur treatment group than in control groups.[Conclusion] wuji baifeng pills for senile constipation,and the results were satisfactory,convenient and inexpensive,is worthy to be popularized.
