2959例艾滋病病人及HIV感染者特征分析及探讨

目的：通过收集1996～2005年广东省皮防系统门诊2959例艾滋病及HIV感染者情况，了解其分布特征，为艾滋病防治提供依据。方法：采用回顾性分析方法对广东省皮防系统监测的1996～2005年的艾滋病患者以及HIV感染者按性别、年龄、文化程度、职业来源、婚姻状况、传染来源等因素分别进行分析。结果：近10年来艾滋病病人及HIV感染者分别以42．67％和39．52％的速度递增，男性青壮年、外来人口、未婚者以及0～1岁婴儿中艾滋病病人及HIV感染者不断增加。结论：艾滋病病人及HIV感染者近年来增加迅速，应加强对外来人口、未婚者的艾滋病防治知识以及生殖健康方面知识的宣传教育，降低包括艾滋病在内的所有性病的传播与流行。

Epidemioligical Character Analysis in 2959 AIDS/HIV infectors and Preventive Strategies Discussion

Objective：To know the epidemiological character in 2959 AIDS/HIV infectors and offer evidence for HIV prevention. Methods：Retrospective methods were used to analyse the AIDS survey data from 1996-2005 in STDs prevention system. The AIDS data was analyzed by gender, age, education, career,marriage et al. Results：In the past 10 years, AIDS and HIV infected increased at an average growth rate of 42.67% and 39.52% each year. population of young male, 0-1 years old, mobile population or unmarried infected HIV increased rapidly. Conclusion：In the past 10 years, sufferer of AIDS/HIV（ ＋ ） increased rapidly, Health Education about AIDS should be enhanced in the population of mobile population or unmarried, in order to decrease the transmission of AIDS/HIV （ ＋ ）, and the other STIs as well.
