脑功能康复治疗仪对脑卒中后神经功能早期康复的应用研究

目的探讨脑功能康复治疗仪在脑卒中康复过程中的应用价值。方法选择70例脑卒中患者,均接受常规治疗,随机分为两组,35例接受脑功能康复仪治疗（治疗组）,35例作为对照组,两组治疗10d后进行神经功能缺损评分。结果治疗组患者神经功能评分较对照组高,差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论脑功能康复治疗仪有促进神经功能恢复的作用,可选用于不同病情程度的脑梗死和脑出血患者。

The effects of neurofunction rehabilitation after stroke with cerebral function rehabilitation therapeutic equipment.

Objective To explore the utility value of cerebral function rehabilitation equipment in the rehabilitation therapeutic procedure of stroke. Methods 70 patients with stroke were selected and conventional treatment were done, all patients were divided randomly as therapeutic group 35 patients which treated with cerebral functional rehabilitation therapeutic equipment and the control group 35 patients.The 2 groups were scored with neural function defect after treated 10 days. Results It had statistic significance of the neural function scores between the therapeutic group and the control group（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion It would promote the neural function recovery with cerebral function rehabilitation therapeutic equipment, and could be adopted to various severity condition of patients who had cerebral infarction and hemorrhage.
