多层螺旋CT对胃神经鞘瘤的诊断价值

目的探讨胃神经鞘瘤的多层螺旋CT征象及其诊断价值。方法回顾性分析10例经手术及病理证实的胃神经鞘瘤,术前10例均行CT平扫,9例行双期增强扫描。结果胃体6例,胃窦部3例,胃底1例。CT表现主要为胃壁起源的圆形或类圆形的肿块,增强后呈均匀轻中度强化,无明显钙化及液化坏死。结论多层螺旋CT能较准确地显示肿瘤形态、部位、内部结构及与邻近结构的关系,对部分病例可作出提示性诊断,为临床制定手术方式及术后随访观察起到重要作用。

Diagnostic value of MSCT in gastric schwannoma

Objective To investigate the value of MSCT findings in gastric schwannoma.Methods Ten patients with pathologically proved gastric schwannoma were analyzed retrospectively.Plain CT scan in 10 cases,two-phase dynamic enhanced spiral CT in 9 cases were made before surgery.Results The lesions localized in corpus ventriculi in 6 cases,pars pylorica in 3 cases and fundus ventriculi in 1 case.CT mainly manifested round or round-like mass originated from gastric wall and slightly-mederately homogeneously enhanced with no obvious calcification and liquefactive necrosis.Conclusion MSCT can accuratly display tumor＇s morphology,position,internal structure and its relationship with adacent structures and make suggestive diagnosis for some cases,thereby providing significant role in operation-patern and postoperation follow-up.
