精神障碍中精神分裂症患者发生危险行为的风险性高，其危险行为常常威胁到社会、家庭、医护人员及其自身的人身和财产安全，影响社会和谐和安全稳定，已成为迫切需要解决的社会问题。现从生物学、心理学、社会学角度对精神分裂症患者危险行为影响因素的研究进展进行综述。
