摘    要:通过专利计量、专利组合分析的方法分析全球基因组编辑技术的专利申请态势、技术来源与市场布局、区域竞争态势、技术竞争态势发现全球基因组编辑技术专利自2013年开始迅速增长,美国是该领域的技术领导者和第一大技术来源国;中国专利数量较多,是技术活跃者和第二大技术来源国,但专利质量与美、日等国差距较大;日本、瑞士、法国是潜在技术竞争者,专利质量较高;C12N(微生物或酶)是各国重点布局的技术领域。提出了重视提升专利质量、重视专利国际化战略布局、进行持续的专利跟踪与预警、找到专利技术与创新的突破口等建议。

Abstract:The global patent application situation, technology sources and market distribution, regional competition situation, technological competition situation of genome editing technologies were analyzed by patent metrical analysis and patent portfolio analysis respectively, which showed that the number of patented global genome editing technologies has been increasing since 2013 and USA is the leader and the first largest source country of genome editing technologies, the number of patented genome editing technologies in PR of China ranked second and PR of China is the technological invigorator and the second largest source country of genome editing technologies, and Japan, Swiss, France are the potential competitors of genome editing technologies and the academic level of their patents is high, stress is laid on C12N in different countries of the world. Suggestions were thus put forward for technological break though and innovation in patented genome editing technologies by improving their academic level and international strategic distribution.
