兔颅内血肿吸收速度比较及VWF的表达

摘    要:目的 :探讨新生血管对颅内血肿吸收的影响。方法 :家兔 5 4只 ,分为A、B、C、D 4组。B、C、D 3组分别制作硬膜外血肿 (epiduralhematoma ,EDH)、硬膜下血肿 (subduralhematoma ,SDH)及脑内血肿 (intracerebralhematoma ,ICH)实验性家兔颅内血肿动物模型。CT观察各血肿的动态改变 ,同时检测早期不同血肿周围VWF的表达。结果 :3组中以D组ICH吸收最快 ,其血肿周围新生血管数量最多 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :颅内血肿形成后 ,其血肿周围新生血管的形成对血肿的自身溶解、吸收具有重要的意义

Abstract:Aim: To explore the influence of newly built vessels on the absorption of intracranial hematoma. Methods: A total of 54 rabbits were divided into 4 groups.Gronp B,C and D were used to build the experiment models of epidural hematoma (EDH), subdural hematoma(SDH) and intracerebral hematoma(ICH) with group A as normal control,and the hematoma absorption was observed by computed tomography, meanwhile, the expression of VWF was detected by immunohistochemical method. Results: The ICP absorption rate of group D was higher than those of group B and C( P< 0.05) when localization and blood volume were the same.The expression of VWF of group D was highest.Conclusion: The newly built vessels around the areas of intracranial hematoma may promote the absorption of hematoma.
