| 摘 要： | 目的研究我院两年来抗菌药物使用的变化趋势，为抗生素的合理使用提供依据。方法抽样调查了我院2010年3月及2011年3月的围术期抗菌药物使用情况，并进行统计分析。结果无论是Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ类切口，2011年比2010年的术后平均用药时间均明显缩短，住院时间比较无统计学意义。从2010年到2011年，单用和2联比例逐渐增加，3联用药的使用比例明显下降，第3代头孢的使用频率也逐渐减少。结论我院外科的围手术期用药需引起广大外科医师的高度重视，严格按照卫生部颁布的指导原则合理使用抗生素，同时医院也应加强管理，真正做到抗菌药物的合理使用。

| Abstract: | Objective To study use of antibiotics trends of our hospital in two years,to provide a basis for the rational of antibiotics.Methods Sampling survey of March 2010 to March 2011 perioperative antibacterial drug usage,and comparatively analyszed the statistics.Results The average time of 2011 was significantly reduced than 2010 whether Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ classes cut,the hospital comparison time had no differences.From 2010 to 2011,the ratio of 2 combined gradually increased,the proportion of 3 combined decreased significantly,and the third generation cephalosporin use frequencies were gradually reduced.Conclusion Surgical perioperative use of drugs in our hospital also require close attention of the majority of surgeons,in strict accordance with guidelines issued by the Ministry of health and rational use of antibiotics,and should also strengthen the management of the hospital,truly rational use of antibiotics. |
