针刺治疗视疲劳的临床研究

目的 通过观察不同时期AC/A值及视疲劳评分的变化,探讨针刺对于AC/A值的影响及对于视疲劳的治疗作用.方法 序贯选取江苏省中医院眼科门诊视疲劳患者84例,根据不同干预方式分为A组(针刺组)、B组(新泪然组)各42例,分别予针刺治疗和局部点用羟糖甘滴眼液.在治疗前、治疗后1周,治疗后2周,治疗后1个月进行6m,40 cm,40 cm+1 D隐斜量的测量,计算各患者的计算性和梯度性AC/A值,并进行视疲劳评分.结果 1.组间比较:计算性和梯度性AC/A比率方面,治疗后无论是绝对值,还是较治疗前的变化值,2组均无明显差异(P＞0.05).视疲劳评分方面,A组治疗后各时间的视疲劳评分变化值均明显好于B组(P＜0.01).2.组内比较:计算性AC/A值比较,A组在治疗后1周,B组在治疗后1周、2周,较治疗前有统计学意义的降低(P＜0.01,P＜0.05).梯度性AC/A比较,A组在治疗后1周和2周较治疗前降低(P＜0.05),而B组治疗后各时期与治疗前比较,均无统计学意义的差异(P＞0.05).视疲劳评分比较,2组治疗后各时期均较治疗前明显降低(P＜0.01).结论 针刺治疗可在短期内改善视疲劳患者的梯度性AC/A值;在缓解视疲劳症状方面,针刺效果明显优于点用新泪然,但在改善视疲劳患者AC/A方面并无优势.

Clinical study on effect of acupuncture treatment on asthenopia

OBJECTIVE To study the therapeutic effects of acupuncture treatment on asthenopia by observing the difference in AC/A and asthenopia scores before and after treatment.METHODS Eighty-four patients of asthenopia from outpatient department of Jiangsu province hospital of TCM were selected consecutively.The patients were divided into two groups: group A(acupuncture group) and group B(tear drop group).The degrees of 6m,40cm,40cm+1D phoria were examined before therapy,1 week,2 weeks and 1 month after therapy.The value of AC/A,gradient AC/A were calculated,and asthenopia scores were recorded at different time points.RESULTS To compare parameters of different time points between group A and B: There was no significant difference between group A and B in all time points(P>0.05)except the asthenopia score before and after therapy(P<0.01).To compare parameters within group A and B:the value of AC/A of group A 1w after therapy and that of group B 1w and 2w after therapy were significantly lower than the value before therapy(P<0.01,P<0.05).Gradient AC/A of group A 1w and 2w after therapy showed significant differences from the value before therapy(P<0.05),while in group B there was no significant difference in all time points.The asthenopia sores in group A and B were significantly improved(P<0.05).CONCLUSIONS Acupuncture therapy could improve gradient AC/A of asthenopia patients in short period.In the aspects of improving symptoms,acupuncture therapy showed better effects than tear drops.However,acupuncture showed no advantage in improving AC/A.
