功能性消化不良患者血浆胃肠激素水平的变化

 目的探讨胃肠激素在功能性消化不良(Ftmctional dyspepsia,FD)疾病过程的可能作用和临床意义.方法应用放射免疫分析法检测FD组28例及正常组26例血浆中胃动素(MTL)、胆囊收缩素(CCK)、胃泌素(Gas)、生长抑素(SS)和血管活性肠肽(VIP)水平.结果FD组血浆MTL水平明显低于正常组(P＜0.01);FD组血浆Gas及SS值明显高于正常组(P＜0.05);而FD组血浆CCK和VIP值与正常组相比,差异无显著性(P＞0.05).结论血浆中MTL、Gas及SS水平的变化可能是FD胃肠运动功能障碍的原因;而CCK和VIP在FD的发病机制中无重要作用.

Plasma levels of gastrointestinal hormones in patients with functional dyspepsia

Objective To investigate the possible role and clinical significance of gastrointestinal hormones in patients with functional dyspepsia.Methods Plasma levels of molilin(MTL),cholecystokinin(CCK),gastrin(GAS),somatostatin(SS),and vasoactive intestinal polypeptide(VIP) were assayed by radioimmunoassay in normal group (N=26)and functional dyspepsia(FD) grorp(N=28).Results The plasma MTL in the FD group was significantly lower than that in the normal group(P<0.01),the Gas and SS levels were significantly higher than those in the normal geoup(P<0.05),while the CCK and VIP levels had no significant differences (P>0.05)between the two groups.Conclusions The decrease in plasma levels of MTL and the elevation of Gas and SS might be the cause of gastrointestinal motor disorders in FD,whereas the CCK and VIP levels are of no great significance in the pathogenesis of FD.
