Abstract: | Cholinesterase phenotyping studies have been carried out intwo laboratories on blood specimens from 28 patients shown tobe susceptible to malignant hyperpyrexia. In contrast to previouslypublished reports, no evidence could be found for an increasein the frequency of the E1uE1f genotype above that known tooccur in the general population. |
