| 摘 要： | 抗精神病药所致口干症６８例，随机分为治疗组３７例（男性１７例，女性２０例；年龄４４±ｓ１２ａ），茴三硫２５ｍｇ，ｐｏ，ｔｉｄ，共１ｍｏ；对照组３１例（男１４例，女１７例；年龄４１±１３ａ）。治疗组有８６％症状改善，唾液量明显增加，从４５６±３１０至７６８±４３３ｍｇ／ｍｉｎ（Ｐ＜０．０１）。不良反应轻微，提示茴三硫是一种有效的催涎剂。

| Abstract: | In this double-blind test,68 patients with antipsychotic drug-induced xerostoma were divided into treated group(M 17,F 20;age 43±s 12 a),received anethole trithione 25 mg,po,tid,for l mo,and placebo group(M 14, F 17;age 41±13 a).Improvement of subjective symptoms were observed in 86% of treated group.There were significant increase in salivary secretion from 456±310 to 768±433 mg/min(P<0.01).Adverse reactions were mild.Our results showed that anethole trithione was a effective salivator. |
