| 摘 要： | 目的：观察比索洛尔(bisoprolol,Bsp)对轻、中度原发性高血压(EH)的降压效果及不良反应.方法：25例EH患者口服比索洛尔5 mg•d 1,早餐后一次顿服,服药前和服药4周后各行动态血压监测1次.结果：Bsp降压总有效率为92.0%,可持续24 h降压,白天降压幅度较夜间显著,可减慢心率,对收缩压及舒张压的谷值/峰值比分别为64.0%和71.0%.结论：Bsp有良好的降压作用,尤其适用于伴心肌缺血、心动过速的EH患者. |

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the antihypertensive efficacy of Bisoprolol by dynamic blood pressure monitoring. Methods:Twenty five patients with mild to moderate essential hypertension were given Bisoprolol 5 mg once daily for 4 weeks. Results:The blood pressures were significantly lower after treatment than before. The total effective rate was 92.0%. Mild change of slowing down in heart rate was found. The trough/peak ratios of systolic and diastolic blood pressure were 64.0% and 71.0% respectively. Conclusion:Bisoprolol is safe and effective in the treatment of mild to moderate hypertension, especially in patients with myocardial ischemia and bradyarrhythmias. |
