| 摘 要： | 目的：观察、探讨人参注射液对冠心病心绞痛心气虚证的疗效及作用机理。方法 选择硝酸甘油针剂作对照，观察其对心绞痛发作频率、心电图、一氧化氮（ＮＯ）及内皮素（ＥＴ）的影响。结果 人参注射液可明显缓解心绞痛下状，减少心绞痛发作次数，改善心电图结果，升高ＮＯ浓度，降低ＥＴ水平。两组比较无显著性差异（Ｐ〉０．０５）。结论 人参注射液对；冠心病心绞痛心气下患者具有与硝酸甘油针剂基本相同的疗效。 |

| Abstract: | To investigate the therapeutic effect of Ginseng injection(GI) for deficiency of heart-qi syndrome of angina and its mechanism of actions.Methods:The effect of GI on frequency of angina attacks,ECG,nitric oxide(NO) and endothelin(ET) were observed and contrasted with that of nitroglycerin.Results:GI markedly relieved the symptoms of angina,reduced the frequency of angina attacks,improved ECG findings,increased NO concentration and decreased ET levels,there were no significant differences as compared with the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:GI has similar effect with nitroglycerin in treating deficiency of heart qi syndrome of angina. |
