摘    要:目的 探讨快速康复模式对腰椎减压融合术的临床效果。方法 将2019年1月至2019年11月在本院行腰椎减压融合术的287例患者随机分为两组,将其中开展快速康复模式的143例作为观察组,采用常规模式的患者144例作为对照组。对比分析两组患者VAS评分、ODI评分、平均手术时间、术中出血量、引流量、平均住院时间、住院总费用、术后卧床时间和并发症发生率等指标。结果 观察组与对照组在术后3 d、1周的VAS评分、ODI评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05); 两组患者平均手术时间、术中出血量、引流量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05); 观察组平均住院时间、住院总费用和术后卧床时间对比均较对照组有明显缩短(P<0.05); 并发症发生率观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 快速康复模式比常规方式能够更好地减轻患者疼痛,促进功能恢复,减少术后卧床时间,同时能减少并发症,缩短患者住院时间,降低患者家庭经济负担和提高住院满意度,促进患者早日康复。

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS) on lumbar decompression and fusion. Methods A total of 287 patients undergoing lumbar decompression and fusion were randomly divided into two groups. Among them, 143 patients with ERAS were selected as the observation group and 144 patients with conventional mode were selected as the control group; VAS, ODI score, average operation time, hospitalization time, cost, complication rates were compared and analyzed between the two groups. Results There were significant differences in VAS and ODI scores between the observation group and the control group (P<0.05) in 3 days and 1 week after operation. The average length of stay, total cost of stay and satisfaction was lower than the control group (P<0.05). The complication rates of the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Compared with the conventional mode, ERAS can ease pain, promote functional recovery, shorten the hospitalization time, reduce the complication rates and the economic burden, improve the satisfaction of hospitalization and enhanced recovery.
