摘    要:目的:建立大鼠高尿酸血症肾损害动物模型。方法:采用不同配比的腺嘌呤和氧嗪酸钾给实验大鼠灌胃,观测实验前后大鼠血清尿酸、肌酐、尿素氮水平变化,行肾组织病理与超微病理观察。结果:各组大鼠血尿酸均有不同程度的升高,高剂量组肾损害较重,低剂量组肾损害不明显。结论:中剂量组作为高尿酸血症动物模型较为合适。

Abstract:Objective:establish animal model of hyperuricemia with nephric lesion using mice.Methods:using Adenine and oxonic acid intragastric administration to mice,investigate the alteration of rat's serum,including uric acid,creatinine and urea nitrogen about.Results:blood uric acid upgraded in every group,nephric lesion in group of high dosage is serious,in low dose group it has no damage.Conclusion:Middle dosage group is suitable for the animal model of hyperuricemia.
