| 摘 要： | 目的：研究木聚糖酶的亚慢性毒性作用。方法：根据GB15193-2003《食品安全性毒理学评价程序和方法》设104．2、208．4、416．7、833．3mg／kg 4个剂量组,进行大鼠亚慢性毒性试验研究。结果：木聚糖酶大鼠亚慢性毒性试验各剂量组各指标均未显示明显毒性作用。结论：在本次实验条件下,木聚糖酶在833．3mg／kg剂量下未显示有毒性作用。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the subchronic toxicity of xylanase.Methods:Four dose groups of 104.2,208.4,416.7,833.3 mg/kg were administered to rats in subchronic toxicity test according to GB15193-2003 "Procedures and methods for toxicological assessment of food".Results:The results of the subchronic toxicity test were negative.Conclusion:Xylanase is a substance with no subchronic toxicity under the condition of this study. |
