硬膜外麻醉无痛分娩的临床护理分析

目的:探讨硬膜外麻醉无痛分娩的临床护理。方法:将240例足月妊娠孕产妇随机分为观察组及对照组,对照组不用任何镇痛药,观察组采用硬膜外麻醉无痛分娩。结果:观察组镇痛有效率为99.17%,显著高于对照组的18.33%,观察组的宫内窘迫、新生儿窒息、产后出血率、总产程均少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),新生儿Apgar评分两组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在硬膜外麻醉无痛分娩中采取有效的护理手段,真正地为孕产妇服务,从心理、生理、社会和环境上为其创造舒适的心境、健康的身体以及顺利自然分娩的内外环境是产科助产、护理专业研究的方向。

The clinical analysis of nursing in painless epidural anesthesia childbirth

Objective To discuss the nursing in painless epidural anesthesia childbirth.Method For 240 cases of maternal childbirth full-term pregnancy were randomly divided into two groups,the control group didn＇t use any analgesic drugs full-term pregnancy,the observation group were treated with painless epidural anesthesia childbirth full-term pregnancy.The difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）.Results The observation group effective analgesia rate was 99.17%,significantly higher than the control group＇s 18.33%.Fetal distress,neonatal asphyxia,postpartum hemorrhage rate,the total output range in the control group was longer than the observation group（P 0.05） ;neonatal Apgar score showed no significant difference between the two groups（P 0.05）.Conclusion Taking effective nursing means in painless epidural anesthesia childbirth in full-term pregnancy,true for maternal services,to create a comfortable state of mind,healthy body from the psychological,physical,social and environment for them,and a smooth internal and external environment is a natural childbirth obstetric midwifery,nursing research directions.
