血府逐瘀汤及其拆方对动脉粥样硬化兔血脂、血流动力学的影响

目的探讨血府逐瘀汤及其拆方对动脉粥样硬化兔血脂、血流动力学的影响,研究活血、行气治法对动脉粥样硬化病理的影响,阐释该方的组方原理,为临床用药提供科学的理论依据。方法采用高脂饲料复制动脉粥样硬化模型,观察各组血脂、血流动力指标的改变。结果与模型组比较,血府组降低兔血清TC、TG、LDL-c、TG/TC比值及红细胞压积、全血黏度(高、中、低切),升高HDL-c/TC比值,桃红组降低兔血清TG、红细胞压积、全血黏度(高、低切),四逆组降低兔血清LDL-c、红细胞压积、全血黏度(中切),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01￣0.05)。结论血府逐瘀汤及其拆方能不同程度的调节动脉粥样硬化兔的血脂代谢,改善血流动力状态,且血府逐瘀汤作用明显优于其拆方组。提示血府逐瘀汤调节血脂代谢、改善血流动力状态的功效是活血、行气的综合作用。

Effect of Xuefu Zhuyu decoction and its parts on serum lipid and hemodynamics in rabbits with experimental atherosclerosis

Objective To investigate the effects of Xuefu Zhuyu decoction and its parts on serum lipid and hemorheology in rabbits with experimental Atherosclerosis,explain the effect of activating blood and regulating qi on Atherosclerosis,study the composing principle of Chinese traditional medical formula,and provide the theoretical basis for clinic.Methods The atherosclerosis model rabbits was fed with the high cholesterol diet,and the serum lipid level and hemodynamics indexes were detected.Results The decoction was obvious to decrease the levels of TC,TG,LDL-c,TG/TC in serum,hematocrit,whole blood viscosity,increase the ratio of HDL-c and TC(P<0.01);The part of promoting blood was remarkable to decrease the levels of TC and TG in serum,hematocrit,and whole blood viscosity(high and low)(P<0.01 and P<0.05);The part of regulating qi was mild to decrease LDL-c in serum and whole blood viscosity(P<0.05).Conclusion Xuefu Zhuyu decoction and its parts can modulate the lipid metabolism and improve the hemodynamic state in different degrees.And the whole decoction is more effective than its parts.
