医院临床科室绩效评价模型的构建与应用

摘    要:
为管理者适时监控临床科室发展,全面提升科主任管理能力,构建临床科室绩效评价模型。选择一系列科学方法,确定出临床科室绩效评价4个维度,5个一级指标,手术科室14个二级指标,非手术科室13个二级指标,采用TOPSIS法进行综合评价。在实施过程中取得一定成效,有一定推广价值。

Abstract:
The purpose of the authors in writing this article is for the managers to monitor the development in clinical departments,upgrade comprehensively the managerial ability of department directors and construct the evaluation model for department performances.The authors choose a series of scientific methods,make 4 dimensions of performance appraisal in clinical departments,5 indexes of Grade One,14 indexes of Grade Two for surgery department,13 indexes of Grade Two for non-surgical departments and adopt comprehensive appraisal with TOPSIS.Certain achievement was made in the practice,which values in the popularization.
