乙型肝炎表面抗原包被聚苯乙烯珠消毒试验法的研究

以二氯异氰尿酸钠等７种消毒剂对聚苯乙烯包被珠上的ＨＢｓＡｇ抗力进行研究。结果表明，包被珠上ＨＢｓＡｇ量与所用ＨＢｓＡｇ悬液浓度相关；ＨＢｓＡｇ悬液浓度以２μｇ／ｍｌ为宜，其试验结果与１０μｇ／ｍｌＨＢｓＡｇ悬液消毒试验法相同。ＨＢｓＡｇ包被牢固性强，方法简便，可用冲洗法去除残留消毒剂。

STUDY ON METHOD OF DISINFECTION TEST USING POLYSTYRENE BEADS COATED WITH HBsAg

In order to improve the test for destruction of HBsAg antigenicity by disinfectants withcarrier method, study on resistance of HBsAg coating polystyrene beads to disinfectants in-cluding sodium dichloroisocyanurate was carried out.For preparation of polystyrene beadscoated with HBsAg, 300 μl of HBsAg suspension 2μg/ml)and one polystyrene bead wereput in each Kahn's test tube and incubated at 37℃ for adsorption for 3 hr,followed by addi-tion of 15 μl calf serum into each tube and adsorption for additional 2 hr and then washingwith distilled water for 3 times to complete the preparation. During disinfection test,the coat-ed bead prepared was put into 400 μl of sodium dichloroisocyanurate solution at differentconeentrations and was washed for 5 min after exposure for5,15 and 30 min at room tem-perature.200 μl of 1 % FCS PBS was added and the supernatant was discarded after contactfor 30 min.The beads were examined for HBsAg with SPRIA method. The results indicatedthat the efficacy of sodium dichloroisocyanurate,Weilidian(iodophor),tinctura iodi,neogeramine and formaldehyde solution in destroying HBsAg antigenicity evaluated withcoated bead test was same as that evaluated with suspension test(10μg/ ml ).
