紫外线与乙醇协同对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞杀灭机理的初步研究

摘    要:试验表明,紫外线与乙醇协同作用于枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞,较单用紫外线照射,可使壳层肿胀,核心电子密度下降,吡啶二羧酸漏出量增加。乙醇经紫外线光解可产生较多的自由基OH,该自由基可能对杀芽胞的协同作用有一定意义。

Abstract:The synergetic killing effect of ultraviolet rays and ethanol on spores of Bacillus subtilisvar.niger,the changes of dipicolinic acid content and free radical production were studied inthe present experiment.The ultrastructural changes of the spore were also observed underelectronmicroscope. The results indicated that 99.99% of the spores of Bacillus subtilis var.niger could be kil-led after exposure to synergetic action of ultraviolet rays and ethanol for 5 min,wMileultraviolet irradiation only killed 95.42 % and 75%ethanol had no killing effect,As comparedwith the ultraviolet-irradiated spores,the sporesexpo sed to the synerge tic action ofultraviolet rays and ethanol showed obvious swelling of the coat,decrease in electron densityof the core,increased leakage of dipicolinic acid and increased production of free radicalOH。The free radica.l OH may play a certain role in the synergetic killing effect of thesetwo factors on the spores of Bacillus subtilis var.niger.
