摘    要:
目的建立HPLC法测定苦参碱氯化钠注射液中苦参碱的含量。方法用C18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),以0.025mol.L-1磷酸溶液(用三乙胺调节pH值至3.0)-乙腈(95∶5)为流动相,流速1mL.min-1,检测波长220nm。结果苦参碱浓度在40~120μg.mL-1范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9998。平均回收率为99.81%,RSD为0.55%(n=9)。结论本法操作简便、结果准确可靠,可用于苦参碱氯化钠注射液质量控制。

Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC method for determination of matrine in Matrine Sodium Chloride Injection.METHODS C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm) column was used.Mobile phase of 0.025mol·L-1 phosphoric acid(adjusted to pH3.0 with triethylamine)-acetonitrile(95∶5) with flow rate 1mL·min-1,detection wavelength was 220nm.RESULTS The calibration curve was linear in the range of 40~120μg·mL-1,r=0.9998.The average recovery of matrine was 99.81% and RSD was 0.55%(n=9).CONCLUSION This method was simple and convenient in the operation.It was also proposed to be used for the quality control of Matrine Sodium Chloride Injection.
