艾灸对小鼠抗运动疲劳作用的实验研究

摘    要:
目的:探讨艾灸消除运动疲劳。方法:90只雄性昆明种小鼠分为3组,观察艾灸后小鼠的负重游泳试验、常压耐缺氧时间、乳酸脱氢酶活力等指标。结果:艾灸能有效地提高小鼠的负重游泳能力和常压耐缺氧的时间,并可增强乳酸脱氢酶的活力。结论:艾灸可为血乳酸的消除创造条件,具有抗运动疲劳作用。

Abstract:
Objective: To study the effect of moxibustion on anti-movement tiredness. Method: Dividing 90 Kunming mice to 3 groups, observing the index of weight loading swimming test, bearing hypoxia at normal pressure, activity of lactic dehydrogenase. Result: Moxibustion had the function of reinforcing Weight loading swimming ability and activity of lactic dehydrogenase and lengthening the time of bearing hypoxia at normal pressure. Conclusion: Moxibustion have the function to anti-movement tiredness.
