| 摘 要： | 多囊卵巢综合征（PCOS）是一种发病多因性、临床表现多态性的综合征，以慢性持续的无排卵和高雄激素血症为基本病理生理改变。研究证实胰岛素抵抗（IR）可能是PCOS发生发展的主要因素之一，本文就PCOS-IR发生机制的研究进展作一综述。

| Abstract: | Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is of multiple etiological factors and clinical manifestations characterized by chronic anovulation and hyperandrogenism. A great deal of studies confirm that insulin resistance (IR) might be one of the mechanisms in the development of PCOS. This article reviews the pathogenesis of IR in PCOS. |
