| 摘 要： | 目的探讨体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)促排卵周期中,雌二醇自发性下降对助孕结局的影响。方法对19例IVF-ET促排卵周期中,雌二醇自发性下降的患者,与对照组进行临床特征、性激素及实验室特征对照分析。结果雌二醇下降组患者的取卵数目、注射人绒毛膜促性腺激素(hCG)当日雌二醇水平及继续妊娠率和婴儿出生率,均显著低于对照组。结论IVF-ET促排卵周期中雌二醇自发性下降,对助孕结局有不利影响,但其机制还需进一步研究。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the effect of spontaneous falling of serum estradiol on outcomes in in vitro fertilizationembryo transfer(IFV-ET) cycles. Methods In 19 patients with spontaneous falling of estradiol levels in IVF-ET cycles,clinical manifestations,sex hormone levels and embryo characters were compared with the control group. Results Estradiol falling group was associated with fewer oocytes retrieved,lower estradiol level on the day of human chorionic gonadotropin administration,on-going pregnancy rate and baby birth rate compared to the controls. Conclusion The spontaneous falling of serum estradiol in IVF-ET cycles has adverse effect on IVF outcomes.However,the mechanism needs further study. |
