碘仿根充糊剂预防根充后疼痛肿胀的疗效观察

目的：观察在根充糊剂内加入碘仿对预防根管充填后疼痛肿胀的作用。方法：将98例患者的136颗牙齿在根充时使用普通的根充糊剂或加入碘仿的根充糊剂，观察其对于根充后疼痛肿胀发生的影响。结果：两组患者术后急性反应发生率差别有显著性（P〈0.05）；术后两年的成功率差别有显著性（P〈0．05）。结论：在根充糊剂内加入碘仿可以预防根管充填后疼痛肿胀。

Clinical application of iodoformum root canal filling paste in preventing pain and tumor after root canal filling

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of putting Iodoformum into root canal filling paste in preventing pain and tumor after root canal filling. Mthods:One hundred and thirty six teeth of ninety eight case were used with normal root canal filling paste or iodoformum root canal filling paste at root canal filling. The clinical effect of different ways in preventing pain and tumor after root canal filling was observed. Results:There was significant difference in the rate of acute reaction after filling between the two ways(P<0.05);There was significant difference in the rate of success after two years of filling between the two ways(P<0.05).Conclusion:Putting iodoformum into root canal filling paste can prevent pain and tumor after root canal filling.
