| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)手术治疗前后护理的特点。方法:回顾性总结近2年来23例腭咽成型术者实施整体护理的经验。结果:19例打鼾、呼吸暂停症状消失,4例症状改善,平均住院5d。结论:①应高度重视手术前后的健康教育。②防止术后发生窒息是本病术后护理的重点。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the pre-and post-operation nursing characteristic for obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS) cured with surgery. MethodThe main nursing problems of 23 cases underwent uvulopalatopharyngoplasty in recent 2 years were analyzed retrospectively. ResultsThe symptom of snoring and apnea disappeared in 19 cares, and improved in 4. All the cases hospitalized for 5 days in average. ConclusionWe should highly pay attention to health education pre-and post-operation, foremore, prevention of asphyxia after operation is the emphasis of post-operation nursing. |
