| 摘 要： | 本实验观察了细胞介素2(IL-2)和黄芪多糖(PA)对小鼠NK细胞活性、增殖和形态的影响。结果表明,IL-2、PA均能不同程度地增强NK细胞活性、刺激NK细胞增殖,IL-2与PA合用时其效果更佳。NK细胞胞体相应变大,核质比降低。 |

| Abstract: | In present study, interleukin-2 (IL-2) and polysacchride of astragalus (PA) were used to stimu-late murine natural killer(NK) cells. We found that both IL-2 and PA could enhance NK cytotoxicityand NK cell proliferation, the former being the stronger stimulater. IL-2 in collaboration with PA wasthe strongest stimulater. In addition, the morphology of NK cells were changed significantly afterbeing pretreated with IL-2 and PA. |
