老年2型糖尿病合并高血压患者血尿酸及血脂水平变化分析

目的探讨老年2型糖尿病、高血压患者血尿酸和血脂水平的变化和意义。方法选择66例老年2型糖尿病合并高血压患者(A组)和45例单纯老年2型糖尿病患者(B组)以及42例老年正常体检者(C组),对其相关指标包括血脂[(总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)]、血尿酸(UA)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA_(1c))、超敏C反应蛋白(hsCRP)、空腹血糖(FBG)等进行检测。结果A组,B组的SBP、DBP、BMI等均高于C组(P<0.05,P<0.01),且A组高于B组(P<0.05);A组、B组的HbA_(1c)、FBG、TG、HDL-C、hsCRP、UA水平与C组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01),且A组HDL-C、UA、hsCRP与B组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年2型糖尿病合并高血压患者存在血尿酸和血脂异常,监测血脂及血尿酸水平并进行干预,可改善预后。

Relative study on blood uric acid and blood lipid levels in elderly diabetic patient with hypertension

Objective To analysis the changes of blood uric acid level, blood lipid level and blood glucose level in elderly diabetic patients with hypertension. Methods 66 diabetic patients with hypertension （group A）, 45 patients with type 2 DM （group B） and 42 heahhy aging people （group C） were enrolled in our study. Blood lipid （including TC,TG,HDL-C,I,DL-C）level, blood uric acid level, HbA1c, high sensitive CRP （hsCRP） and fasting blood glucose（FBG） level were measured in all people. Results SBP, DBP and BMI of group A and B were higher than group C （ P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0. 01 ） , meanwhile the results of group A was higher than group B （ P 〈 0.05 ）. There existed statistical different of HbA1c, FBG, TG, HDL-C, hsCRP and UA between group A, group B and group C （P 〈 0.01 or P 〈0.05） , there were significant differences between group A and group B in levels of HDL-C, UA and hs CRP（ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Diabetic patients with hypertension have abnormal findings of blood uric acid and blood lipid level. Monitoring of blood uric acid and lipid level would be benefit the outcome of treatment and prognosis.
