摘    要:目的探讨数字化模板与传统胶片模板测量在髋关节置换术中的精确性差别及数字化术前模板测量的应用价值。方法分别应用数字化模板与传统胶片模板对2010年1月—2011年4月间人工膝关节假体置换的60例患者进行数字化术前计划,比较术前计划与手术实际假体型号(包括股骨假体与胫骨型号)选择方面与术中实际尺寸吻合度。结果数字模板测量股骨假体符合率为90.0%,胫骨假体符合率为86.7%,传统胶片模板测量股骨假体符合率为76.7%,胫骨假体符合率为73.3%,数字模板测量术前预测股骨假体、胫骨假体型号同术中应用股骨假体、胫骨假体型号间均有明显相关性(r值分别为0.947和0.944)。结论数字化术前模板测量可提高术中假体选择的精确性,术前设计准确率和可信度较高。

The high precise digital template measurement before knee resurfacing arthroplasty for the clinical application

Abstract:Objective To explore the difference of accuracy between digital template measurement and traditional film template measurement before knee resurfacing arthroplasty,and explore the value of application of digital template measurement.Methods For 60 patients(from January 2010 to April 2011),comparison(preoperative planning and actually operative prosthesis type,including the femoral and tibia prosthesis types) was applied preoperative(knee resurfacing arthroplasty between digital template measurement and traditional film template measurement).Results For digital template measurement,operative results in line with the preoperative planning in the femoral prosthesis type was 90.0%,and the tibial prosthesis type was 86.7%.For traditional film template measurement,operative results in line with the preoperative planning in the femoral prosthesis type was 6.7%,the tibia prosthesis type was 73.3 %.The accuracy of prediction for preoperative femoral and tibial prosthesis type with template measuring was significantly correlated with operative femoral,tibial prosthesis type(r values were 0.947 and 0.944,respectiveyly).Conclusion Preoperative prosthesis could be improved by digital template measurement with accurate preoperative design and credibility.
