| 摘 要： | 目的了解颅脑损伤带管出院患者随访1年间意外事件的发生情况,为开展患者连续性护理指导提供依据。方法选取神经外科中重度颅脑损伤患者50例,由固定专科护士2名随访1年,观察和询问意外事件的发生情况。结果47例患者出院后1年间分别发生各种程度的意外事件。结论对颅脑损伤带管出院患者在出院后给予连续性的专科护理指导和各类管道的护理指导,对于提高他们的生活质量,使之再次走向社会有着重要的意义。
