| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨FHIT在子宫内膜增生性病变及子宫内膜腺癌中表达的临床意义。方法:采用免疫组化方法检测子宫内膜增生性病变60例及子宫内膜腺癌60例中FHIT的表达情况。结果:FHIT在子宫内膜增生性病变阳性表达率为91.67%,随着病变程度增高而降低(P<0.01);在子宫内膜癌中的阳性表达率为56.67%,并随组织学分化程度降低而降低(P<0.05);在子宫内膜各种增生性病变阳性表达高于内膜腺癌(P<0.01)。结论:FHIT的表达与子宫内膜癌发生、发展及恶性程度有关,可作为临床预后标记之一。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the expression and clinical significance of FHIT in endometrial hyperplasia and adenocarcinoma of endometrium. Methods:The expression of FHIT was studied by using Envision immunohistochemisty in 60 cases of endometrial hyperplasia and 60 cases adenocarcinoma of endometrium. Results:The expression rate of FHIT in endometrial hyperplasia was 91.67%,the expression increasing with pathological changes level with statistical significance(P<0.05).The expression rate of FHIT in adenocarcinoma of endometrium was 56.67%,the expression increasing with histology differentiated changes with statistical significance (P<0.05).The expression of FHIT in adenocarcinoma endometrium was lower than in endometrial hyperplasia(P<0.01). Conclusion:The expression of FHIT is related with development and malignant level of adenocarcinoma of endometrium, the FHIT can be used as a mark in clinical prognosis. |
