| 摘 要： | 目的探讨可溶性白细胞介素2受体(sIL-2R)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)在胸腺瘤合并MG发病机制中的作用。方法搜集胸腺切除手术的27例胸腺瘤患者的相关资料,对切除的胸腺瘤组织用免疫组化的方法,确定SIL-2R、IL-6在胸腺瘤组织中的表达情况。结果 SIL-2R细胞因子、IL-6在胸腺瘤合并MG的胸腺瘤组织呈高表达。结论可溶性白细胞介素2受体(SIL-2R)、IL-6在胸腺瘤合并MG的表达呈正相关。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the roles of slL-2R, IL-6 in the pathogenesis of thymona with myasthenia gravis. Method A analysis of 27 cases of thymona for whom thymectomy were performed was made. The immunohistochemical staining with slL-2R, IL-6 was performed on the parrafined sections of the 27 thymona specimen. Results In the 27 thymectomy patients, slL-2R. Conclusion slL-2R, IL-6 are important in pathogenesis for thymoma with MG and may also initiate the MG＇s autoimmune reactions. |
