| 摘 要： | 目的 观察并评估Z－plate钢板在胸、腰段骨折前路内固定术中的作用和价值。方法 对8例胸、腰椎骨折并脊髓损伤人行前路减压植骨，采用Z－plate钢板作内固定。结果 术后随访6－18个月，固定牢靠。结论 Z－plate系统在材料、设计、专用工具匹配等方面具有较高的科学性、先进性，值得推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe and evaluate the practical value of anterior interior fixation with Z-plate on the treatment of spinal thoracolumbar fracture. Methods 8 patients with thoracolumbar fracture and spinal cord injury were received anterior decompression, bone graft and Z-plated interior fixation. Results All patients were followed up for 6-18 months after operation and have a relative stable fixation. Conclusion Z-plate system can be advocated for clinical application. |
