环磷腺苷葡胺治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭的临床疗效观察

目的评价环磷腺苷葡胺治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法2008年8月至2009年2月我院住院病人中选取40例确诊为心力衰竭的患者,随机分为两组各20例。对照组给予常规运用洋地黄,利尿剂,血管紧张素转换酶制剂（ACEI）等药物治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用环磷腺苷葡胺治疗,两周后通过观察临床症状,心功能测值等以判定两组疗效。结果治疗组20例患者中显效5例,有效14例,无效1例,总有效率95.0%;对照组20例患者中显效2例,有效13例,无效5例,总有效率75.0%。两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。两组治疗后左室射血分数均其治疗前有所改善,差异具有显著性（P〈0.05）;且治疗组治疗后优于对照组,组间相比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论环磷腺苷葡胺治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭有良好的临床疗效,值得临床推广。

Clinical observation on efficacy of meglumine cyclic adenylate in treatment of patients with chronic congestive heart failure

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of meglumine cyclic adenylate in treatment of patients with chronic congestive heart failure.Methods Forty patients with congestive heart failure admitted in this hospital during August 2008 to February 2009 were randomly allocated into two groups,each with 20 cases.Patients in control group were treated with digitalis,diuretics,ACEI agents etc.On this basis,patients in treatment group were additionally added with meglumine cyclic adenylate.Observations on improvement of clinical symptoms,cardiac function etc were carried out at two weeks after treatment as indicators for determining the efficacy of treatment in patients of these two groups.Results Five of 20 patients with markedly effective,14 cases with effective and failure in 1 case were seen in treatment group after treatment with a total effective rate of 95.0%.Two patients with markedly effective,13 with effective and 5 with failure were seen in 20 patients of control group,with a total effective rate of 75.0%.The difference among patients of these two groups was statistically significant（P0.05）.Left ventricular ejection fraction of patients in these two groups was improved after treatment,the difference was significant（P0.05）,and the improvement in patients of treatment group was much marked in comparison with that of patients in control group after treatment and their difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion Meglumine cyclic adenylate has good clinical efficacy in treatment of patients with chronic congestive heart failure,and it is worthy to be recommended.
