| 精索静脉曲张症的彩色多普勒研究 | |

| 摘 要： | 应用彩色多普勒血流显像（ＣＤＦＩ）检测了２５例正常人精索静脉和１０８例精索静脉曲张的静脉丛内径及睾丸容积，观察了静脉返流，睾丸血供及静脉侧支分流等情况，并把返流程度分为四期。结果表明，随静脉返流程度加重，静脉丛内径增宽，睾丸容积缩小，睾丸内动脉显示率及流速下降。静脉丛曲张明显时，可出现侧支循环，ＣＤＦＩ能发现其途径，其一是经精索外静脉回流，其二是经阴囊隔、对侧静脉丛及外静脉回流 |

| Abstract: | Twentyfivenormalindividualsand108caseswithvaricocelewerestudiedbycolorDopplerflowimaging(CDFI).Theinternaldiameterofpampiniformplexus,thetesticularvolume,therefluxandshuntofinternalspermaticvein(ISV),andthetesticularbloodflowwereobserved.Theresultshowedthattheinternaldiameterofpampiniformplexusincreased,thetesticularvolumereduced,theexhibitionrateandthebloodflowvelocityofarteriesintestisdecreasedinpacewiththegradualaggravationoftheISVreflux.Whenmarkedrefluxwaspresent,thecolateralcirculationofISVappeared.ThecolateralflowcouldbedetectedbyCDFIpassedfromthecremastericveinsoftheipsilateralside,pampiniformplexusandcremastericveinsofthecontralateralsidethroughthescrotalseptum.Thevenousrefluxwasdividedinto4gradesaccordingtoitsseverity. |
