细节管理在基层医院感染管理中的应用研 究简

目的 探讨研究细节管理在基层医院感染管理中的应用价值.方法 选取2008年1月～2011年1月温州市龙湾区第一人民医院（以下简称“我院”）792例患者作为对照组（C组）,根据入院时间将其分为3组,其中2008年1月～2009年1月入院的264例患者为C1组,2009年1月～2010年1月入院的患者264例为C2组,2010年1月～2011年1月入院的264例患者为C3组,同时选择2011年1月～2012年1月我院收治的264例患者作为观察组;所有患者入院后均立即进行检查确定院前无感染病例.对观察组患者进行1年后细节管理,统计各组每年的感染人数,以比较各组医院感染发生率.结果 细节管理实施1年后观察组的感染率降至1.95％,明显低于对照组C1、C2、C3即前3年的感染率（4.55％、4.07％、3.03％）,差异有高度统计学意义（P＜0.01）.结论 基层医院存在着感染管理问题,细节管理措施能有效地控制基层医院感染率,值得基层医院大力实施.

Research and application of detail management on infection management in primary hospital

Objective To probe into the application value of detail management in infection management in primary hospital.Methods 792 patients from January 2008 to January 2011 in First People＇s Hospital in Longwan District of Wenzhou City （＂our hospital＂ for short） were selected as control group （group C）.They were equally divided into 3 groups based on the periods：the patients from January 2008 to January 2009 were as group C 1,patients from January 2009 to January 2010 were as C2,and patients from January 2010 to January 2010 were as group C3 respectively.Meanwhile,another 264 patients from January 2011 to January 2012 in our hospital were chosen as observation group.All these participants were confirmed without infection by examinations after they were hospitalized right away.These patients of observation group were given the detail management for one year,the incidence rate of nosocomial infection of two groups was compared by calculating the total infectious patients per year in control group and observation group.Results One year after carrying out detail management,the incidence rate of nosocomial infection in observation group （1.95%） much lower than that of the control group C 1,C2,C3 （4.55%,4.07%,3.03%） who were admitted in the first 3 years,the differences were highly statistically significant （P 〈 0.01）.Conclusion Infection management issue exists in primary hospital,the detail management can effectively control the nosocomial infection rate in primary hospital,which is worthy of implementation in primary hospitals.
