摘    要:目的 优选鼻敏宁颗粒水提取工艺.方法 采用L9(3)4正交试验法,以浸膏得率、黄芪甲苷提取量为指标,对加水量、煎煮时间、煎煮次数进行优选.结果 最佳提取工艺为药材加水煎煮两次,第1次加8倍量水,煎煮2h,第2次6倍量水,煎煮1.5 h.结论 优选的工艺合理,重复性好,样品质量稳定.

Abstract:Objective To optimize the aqueous extraction process of Biminning Granule. Methods The extraction rate and amount of astragaloside extraction as indexes, the water addition, decocting duration, times for decoction were optimized by L9(3)4 orthogonal test. Results The optimal extraction process was preferred as decocting twice, which was described as follows: in the first time, 8 times of water addition of the granule for 2 b cooking and 6 times of water addition of the granule lasting 1.5 h in the second time. Conclusion The optimized process is reasonable with good repeatability and stable quality in samples.
