高血压小脑出血早期显微手术治疗简

目的探讨高血压小脑出血的手术方法及疗效。方法回顾性分析2011月年1月～2013年3月泸州医学院附属医院神经外科收治的35例高血压小脑出血患者的临床资料，其中28例患者行早期开颅显微清除血肿术，7例行血肿清除并脑室外引流术，采用日常生活能力评分（ADL）判断手术效果。结果术后随访6个月，35例患者中死亡3例，其余32例生存者预后按ADL分级并显示出良好的治疗效果，I级10例，Ⅱ级15例，Ⅲ级4例，Ⅳ级2例，V级1例。结论根据高血压小脑出血的具体情况，及时采取有效的外科手术治疗，清除血肿，有助于改善患者预后，提高其生存质量。

Early microsurgical treatment for patients with hypertensive cerebellar hemorrhage

Objective To explore the microsurgical treatment, and evaluate the therapeutic effect of patients with hypertensive cerebellar hemorrhage. Methods Clinical data of 35 patients with hypertensive cerebellar hemorrhage from January 2011 to March 2013 in Neurosurgery Department of the Affliated Hospital of Luzhou Medical College were retrospectively analyzed, of which there were 28 cases was given the treatment of early microsurgery with craniotomy, 7 cases were given the treatment of micosurgery and paraventriculostomy, operation results were evaluated by the Activity i of Daily Living （ADL）. Results Follow up 6 months, there were 3 cases died in 35 patients, and the prognosis of other 32 patients were evaluated by ADL and revealed a good recovery, 10 cases of grade Ⅰ, 15 cases of grade Ⅱ,4 cases of grade Ⅲ, 2 cases of grade IV, 1 case of grade V. Conclusion Effective and timely surgical treatment and hematoma removal based on the Specific situation of patients with hypertensive cerebellar hemorrhage is contribute to improve the prognosis and their life quality.
