| 摘 要： | 目的探讨IgA肾病(IgAN)肾穿刺组织中核转录因子-κB(NF-κB)的表达及其与免疫活动性的关系。方法整理60例原发性IgAN患者的临床及病理资料,依据IgA肾病Lee分级方法,计算组织学活动指数(AI);免疫组化法检测肾组织中NF-κB、疾病活动指标增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)的表达水平,并进行半定量评分,观察肾组织NF-κB表达与PCNA表达的相关关系。结果 NF-κB表达与PCNA表达与IgA肾病患者尿蛋白定量、尿红细胞数呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论 NF-κB在IgAN患者肾组织中的表达与IgAN肾病的免疫活动相关。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the correlation between the expressions of nuclear factor-kappa B(NF-κB) and immune activity in IgA nephropathy.Methods The clinical and pathological data of 60 cases of primary IgAN were calculated the histological activity index(AI)according to Lee classification.The expression of NF-κB in renal tissue was detected by means of immunohistochemical method.Disease activity index of proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA)and the expression level of the semi-quantitative score were observed.The relationship of renal expression of NF-κB and PCNA expression was studied.Resluts NF-κB expression,PCNA expression and urinary protein,urine red blood cell count was positively correlated(P<0.05).Conclusion IgAN patients with renal expression of NF-κB is closely related with disease activity. |
