| 摘 要： | 缺血性心血管疾病将在未来成为世界第1位死亡原因,愈来愈多的循证医学证据证实,在一、二级预防缺血性心血管病中采用小剂量(75~150mg/d)阿司匹林,急性抗血栓治疗中采用负荷剂量(150~300mg/d)的阿司匹林联合氯吡格雷(75mg/d),安全有效。本文就阿司匹林在缺血性心血管疾病中的应用进行综述。

| Abstract: | Aspirin has an important role in the secondary prevention of cardiovascular disease and lowers the rate of death,myocardial infarction and stroke.The role of aspirin in primary prevention has assessment of cardiovascular risk.There is an expanding role for the combination of aspirin and clopidogrel in the long-term management of high-risk patients.The usefulness of Aspirin therapy in cardiovascular disease was reviewed in this paper. |
